Submission Guidelines

We accept writing that wasn’t accepted by a publication, institution, contest, etc. Hell, even your school newspaper and family Christmas newsletter counts!
Poetry, short stories (8,000-word limit), essays, lyrics, and articles are all welcomed. There's no word minimum.
Multiple submissions are allowed! But only piece per writer is eligible for acceptance for each issue.

Writing that contains hate speech won't be tolerated, let alone accepted. So gross.

Submissions will be reviewed by our editor. We aim to provide feedback within four weeks of receipt. Selected works will be published in our next (read: first!!) issue.

It can be tempting to use AI to generate your work, but please don't for a Reject submission. It's not super fun to write/generate, and it's even less fun to read.
